While trying to do a status command on a DAOS enabled database I received a weird error. The error stated "This database is not registered with DAOS". The enhancement request states that inputting a forward slash like so:
tell daosmgr status mail/xxxxx.nsf
with the database name and path will display the error:
DAOS database status:
This database is not registered with DAOS.
DAOSMGR: Status mail/xxxxxx.nsf completed
So use a backslash :)
